This document governs your access to and use of the 97jl platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. The 97jl Platform is exclusively available to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the duration of their account tenure:
97jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending resolution.
To access real-money features of the 97jl Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information throughout your account tenure and to promptly update any information that changes.
During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum: a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines or a valid email address; a chosen password meeting 97jl's current security requirements; and confirmation that you meet all eligibility criteria including the 21+ age requirement.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your 97jl account, you are required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting: a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID); and where requested, a recent proof of address document or additional identity verification documentation as determined by the 97jl compliance team.
97jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing deposits or at the point of account creation, at our discretion. Incomplete or failed KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until the matter is resolved.
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 97jl Platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, mobile number, email, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifying factor — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.
If you believe that a duplicate account has been created under your identity without your consent, contact 97jl support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your account and any legitimate balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All actions taken through your 97jl account — including all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been authorized by you.
You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password for your 97jl account that you do not use for other online services; (b) not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances; (c) notify 97jl support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your account has occurred; and (d) log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
97jl will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 97jl that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
97jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that we have not been negligent in our own security practices.
97jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), except for USDT transactions which are processed in their native currency and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit at 97jl is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your 97jl wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 97jl does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees or charges for which 97jl is not responsible. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from illegal activities.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified account owned by the same KYC-verified individual. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. 97jl aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the payment section of the Platform; however, processing times may vary based on payment method, volume, compliance reviews, and external factors beyond our control.
97jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of security, fraud, or compliance reviews. We will communicate the reason for any such delay and seek to resolve it promptly. Withdrawals cannot exceed your verified real-money balance after accounting for any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 97jl may apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. We will attempt to notify you by email or SMS before dormancy fees commence. If your account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting 97jl support.
97jl is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players suspected of using the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
97jl offers various promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty incentives. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and the specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time of publication.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit plus bonus amount, or the free spin winnings, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires the player to wager a total of ₱30,000 using bonus funds before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is ₱500 (or equivalent) unless the applicable promotion states otherwise. Wagers exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at 97jl's sole discretion.
All bonus offers are subject to a time limit. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
97jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is found to have been exploited, abused, or accessed in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms, 97jl reserves the right to withdraw the bonus, void associated winnings, and take appropriate action against the relevant account.
All games available on the 97jl Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. 97jl accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.
All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by 97jl's game providers are independently audited and certified to ensure fairness. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or bet.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wager placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account. 97jl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game and shall not be liable for losses attributable to technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, or third-party service interruptions.
In the event of a manifest error — such as a clearly incorrect odds display, an erroneous game outcome, or an obviously incorrect promotion credit — 97jl reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore player accounts to their pre-error state. We will exercise this right fairly and communicate transparently with affected players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97jl Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, without prejudice to any legal action 97jl may choose to pursue:
All content available on the 97jl Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, service marks, and all other intellectual property rights (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to 97jl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your legitimate use of the 97jl Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 97jl.
All game content available through the Platform is owned by or licensed to the respective third-party game providers. 97jl does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
The 97jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 97jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 97jl shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities; (c) any technical failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors and game providers; (d) any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 97jl's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 97jl may forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds at our discretion.
97jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, on-Platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the 97jl website at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material changes, we may update the Terms immediately and note the revision date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the 97jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
